Carleton University GEOSURF project 2007-2008
Hollow section airfoil with 23" chord length. I had no choice but to cut it in 3 pieces. Joints between sections were used for CF spar. Composite layup was done by Carleton students under the lead of Prof. Paul Straznicky.
